Statement by the IRANIAN NATIONALISTS ALLIANCE regarding the transfer of Chabahar lands

The IRANIAN NATIONALISTS ALLIANCE, citing the undisputed principles of international law, the right of nations to determine their own destiny, and the rules governing the authority of governments to seize and transfer national lands, announces that the initial agreement announced by Mohsen Zanganeh, a member of the parliament of the terrorist regime of the Islamic Republic, to allocate more than 110 hectares of land in the strategic Chabahar region to the Afghan side for economic and commercial activities, is fundamentally devoid of any legal validity or legal significance and is considered null and void by this organization.
The terrorist regime of the Islamic Republic, due to its usurping nature, lack of popular legitimacy, and continued systematic violation of the rights of the Iranian people, is not the legal representative of the Iranian government and is not authorized to seize, transfer, or commit to national land, ports, coasts, and resources. Any document, memorandum, or agreement concluded by the authorities of this regime regarding Iranian lands does not create an obligation on the nation and the future legal government of Iran from the perspective of domestic public law and the international responsibility of states.
Chabahar is part of Iran’s territory and a strategic position of national sovereignty. The transfer of its lands, even temporarily, without the free consent of the Iranian people and outside the framework of a legitimate and accountable government, is considered an infringement on territorial integrity, a weakening of national interests, and a continuation of this regime’s treacherous policy towards public assets. The IRANIAN NATIONALISTS ALLIANCE Organization rejects this action and states that no person, institution, or foreign government can acquire vested rights, permanent privileges, or claim ownership and exploitation of Iranian lands based on an agreement with a regime lacking legal legitimacy.
The organization calls on governments, international organizations, and relevant parties to refrain from recognizing or relying on this agreement and to hold the Islamic Republic of Iran and its partners responsible for the consequences of any action based on it. The sovereignty of the Iranian nation over its entire territory, including Chabahar, is reserved, inalienable, and inalienable, and in the future legitimate government, all commitments contrary to national interests created by this regime will be reviewed and annulled.
