Peyman Palizdar
Peyman, a 36-year-old married man with a 5-year-old daughter, living in Karaj, lost his life fighting for Iran's freedom during the popular protests of January 1404.
On 18 Dey 1404 (January 18, 1404 AH), during public protests in the area of 10th Street of Qalam, Shahin Vila, he was directly shot by the regime's repressive security forces (Black and Basij), and several bullets hit him in the stomach and side. While he was lying injured on the ground, he was severely beaten by officers with batons, which resulted in multiple fractures in the bones of his hands.
To prevent arrest, the residents of the area first transferred him to a safe place and then to Alborz Hospital in Karaj. He was hospitalized in the ICU for a week before he passed away.
