Sarina Saedi

Sarina! You cannot die; you have fanned the flames of this revolution; you have awakened our attention, and you have made the enemy a thorn in our side.

Sarina Saedi was a 15-year-old girl from Sanandaj who suffered a cerebral hemorrhage on November 25, 1404, in the Naysar neighborhood of Sanandaj during the 1404 Iranian uprising. She suffered severe head injuries from multiple blows with batons by government forces. She died in Tohid Hospital in Sanandaj, a day after being hospitalized, on November 25, 1404. Sarina's body was transferred to the Behesht Mohammadi cemetery in two vehicles accompanied by security forces, and Sarina Saedi's burial ceremony was held in a completely secure environment with only a few members of her family present. A large number of people attended the ceremony on November 26, 1404, the seventh day after Sarina Saedi was killed, at the Hasht Mohammadi cemetery in Sanandaj. Protesters near Sarina Saedi's mausoleum chanted slogans such as "Death to Khamenei and for every person killed, a thousand will follow him," "Freedom, freedom, freedom," and "Javidnam will not die."
