Omid is the father, Armin is the son, Amir is the brother of Teymur Rad.
Omid, 47, Amir, 42, and Armin, 19, lost their lives for the freedom of Iran during the protests of January 18, 1404, when they were shot by government forces. Armin was accepted into the field of electrical engineering. He was supposed to start his university studies in February 1404. Amir is an employee and is married with a 13-year-old daughter.
Shooting in Fardis
On Friday, January 19, 2023, Omid Timuri Rad, his wife, and their son Armin, along with Amir Timuri Rad and his wife, were walking towards the house of one of their relatives in Fardis. At that moment, government forces opened fire on the crowd.[3] Amir and his wife fled to a nearby alley, but Omid and Armin were targeted by the bullets. Armin's mother was also injured by the bullets. According to the published account, after her husband and son were injured, she threw herself on them to prevent more bullets from hitting them. After shooting, the officers approached the injured and beat several of them with batons and lathis. Omid and Armin were lying on the ground at the time.
